Etchells Worlds Need Spectator Boats see below for details!! Last Week of Racing! Saturday 7th February 2009: unfortunately the weather caused all racing to be abandoned Wednesday 11th February 2009: - Hearnes Heroes Pursuit race, congratulations to Andalucia skippered by Will Merrit first accross the line - Briggs Marine & Line 7 Marine Twilight race, well done to Currawong skippered by Jenny Collins winning for the evening PLEASE NOTE: THOSE THAT WISH TO ATTEND TWILIGHT DINNERS! It is very hard to estimate how many members will be attending each twilight dinner - We need you to help the Caterers. Over the last few weeks numbers have been anywhere from 50 (last night) to 120, and this is with the same few bookings each twilight. In an attempt to better advise our caters and to provide a more accurate estimate of member numbers who wish to dine, we ask that you please book (even if its on the day, prior to sailing), although earlier is better. That way the caterer can supply enough food for all and not have to increase prices to pay for the unnecessary left over food. This Week of Racing!
