Go-Tri-It Kids Triathlon event
Taylormade & Bayside Triathlon Clubs, are running a small community event. The event is part of a five event series run by various triathlon clubs affiliated with Triathlon Victoria, held in Melbourne & regional areas from November 2008 to March 2009.
Each event attracts 80-100 children and provide an opportunity for children to participate in an introductory level triathlon that would otherwise not be available to them.

Date: Saturday 28th Feb, 2009
Location: Middle Brighton Baths, Brighton
Race start time: 8.00am
Race distances: 50m swim/1.5km ride/400m run & 100m swim/3km ride/800m run
No of participants: 80-100
Permission for the race has been granted by Bayside Council. Approval for closure of car park B2, Brighton is also been sought from Bayside Council from 7:30 am to 9.30 am (approx) on the day. Car park closure, signage and marshalling shall comply with Bayside Council and Triathlon Victoria requirements.
This event will be sanctioned by Triathlon Victoria with public liability insurance provided through Triathlon Victoria and Triathlon Australia’s sport’s policy.
