The Lady Nelson overnight yacht race is on!
It begins Friday 13th February at 1830hrs and will finish Saturday 14th February at 1830hrs.
Currently RBYC is searching for people who would like to be a part of monitoring this great race in 2 - 3 hour shifts.
The duty will entail walking out in the glorious moonlight to RBYC Tower on the break wall, sitting in red mood lighting and listening for the Radio Skeds of boats competing. You will be paired up with a partner so you can have company while you enjoy the quiet evening, or if you have a friend that you would like to accompany you this can also be arranged.
In return for you beauty sleep you will be issued with a care package including chocolate, and a red bull! what more could you ask for?
If this evening sounds like your kind of night please email sailing@rbyc.org.au or phone Sarah on 9592 3092.
